  1. Taster class for Beginners course –
    $15 only for an one hour class for the first time student.
    Beginners course- 6-week structured pole fitness course. You will experience a high energy warm up and a great all body workout that includes flexibility, toning and lifting your own body weight every week for 6 weeks.
