How Many Classes Should I Take?
This is one of our more common questions, and it’s totally up to you. If you’re a beginner or haven’t worked out in a while, we recommend doing just one class a week. You can move up to two classes for a beginner to a medium-level student. Ideally, you should aim for three workouts a week, and this is where you’ll see the improvement in strength, skills, and endurance.

A choreographed dance class offering pole moves and tricks with a dance workout. It’s a great way to have a bit of a laugh & get an insight into what our Beginner & Intermediate courses offer.
We recommend wearing shorts (shorter than bicycle shorts) or skorts (skirts with shorts underneath) to help with the pole tricks & high heels (optional). This class is suitable for all fitness levels.
An all-levels pole class to learn tricks outside the curriculum and variations. All levels are welcome, as the tricks are adjusted to suit your current level!
Stretch & Flex
This class is designed to assist pole students (or anyone) to achieve deeper stretches and more flexibility.
Stretch & Flex is a great class to attend when the body is warm and a great way to maintain your body and prevent injuries. Please bring a mat.
Strength and Tone
An intense conditioning workout that will amp up your current routine. This class is designed for dancers and non-dancers to build stamina, functional strength, and to sculpt and tone. This is not a dance class.
This is a fitness class with a difference! This class will be a High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout using only your body weight. It will get your heart pumping, and over time you will become more agile, increase your mobility, and build muscle and fitness levels. The class starts with a short flow to warm you up and then to movements that will get our heart rates pumping. This class is suitable for all levels. Please bring a mat, a bottle of water and a towel.
Work the Floor
A choreographed exotic floorwork class with a routine focusing on flow on the floor and low on the pole.
