Casual Classes
All casual classes do not require prior booking and are $12.50 per class
Freestyle – a choreographed dance class offering pole moves and tricks with a dance
workout. It’s a great way to have a bit of a laugh & get an insight into what our Beginner & Intermediate courses offer. We recommend wearing shorts (shorter than bicycle shorts) or skorts (skirts with shorts underneath) to help with the pole tricks & high heels (optional). This class is suitable for all fitness levels.
Pilates – the dancer’s way to tone. It’s main focus is on core stability, flexibility and it strengthens the body proportionally, which prevents adding bulk to produce the lean body look. Please also bring a full sized towel. This class is suitable for all fitness levels.
Pilates Equipment class utilizes the basic Pilates principles and incorporates the use of Pilate’s equipment.
Pilates Stretch & Flex is designed on Pilate’s principles with a focus on deep stretches and overall body flexibility. It is very beneficial to attend after a Pilates class to obtain maximum results
Stretch & Flex is a class designed to assist pole students (or anyone) to achieve deeper stretches and more flexibility. It’s an important component of pole training. Stretch & Flex is a great class to attend when the body is warm and also a great way to maintain your body and prevent injuries. Please also bring a full sized towel. This class is suitable for all fitness levels.
Pole Pump is a fitness and cardio class incorporating minimal use of pole. It’s great for toning the body, improving stamina & gaining the upper body and core strength required to achieve those beloved pole tricks. We target all muscle groups so expect to see a difference. We recommend wearing regular gym attire & sand shoes. Please bring a full sized towel with you. This class is suitable for all fitness levels
