Casual Classes
If you are new to pole, keep in mind that it is the courses that will teach you exactly 'how' to do the tricks and dancing and help you up through the levels – whereas our Casual Classes are all about the here and now – maximum fun and fitness for the hour!
We recommend that you mix it up with some casual classes on top of your course – but if you prefer to just stick to the casuals that's great too.
For any of our casual classes just turn up – no need to book.

Casual Classes Information
Pole Pump
Pole Pump is a fitness class incorporating the pole as well as other equipment such as fit balls and resistance bands. Open to all levels of fitness, some students use Pole Pump to help them gain the strength and fitness needed to achieve those beloved pole tricks taught in the courses - other women come to Pole Pump for general fitness benefits in their own right.
Freestyle Dance Class
Freestylers is a casual class offering pole moves and choreography for a dance workout. Every week the instructor picks a new song and a routine is 'created' on the spot. Open to all levels from before you start your first Beginners right up to Advanced. Freestylers is not about 'breaking down' the tricks and moving up the levels but instead is about having lots of fun trying out variations for the level you're currently at and getting a great workout at the same time. Laugh till you drop!
