A choreographed dance class offering pole moves and tricks with a dance workout. It’s a great way to have a bit of a laugh & get an insight into what our Beginner & Intermediate courses offer.
Pricing and Specials

We recommend wearing shorts (shorter than bicycle shorts) or skorts (skirts with shorts underneath) to help with the pole tricks & high heels (optional). This class is suitable for all fitness levels.

 

Tricks Combo

This class will teach you how to combine multiple pole tricks into one flawless movement.

It will help you to learn how to get smooth transitions and flowing movements between tricks! All levels are welcome as the tricks will be adjusted to suit your current level!

 

Stretch & Flex

This is a class designed to assist pole students (or anyone) to achieve deeper stretches and more flexibility.

It’s an important component of pole training. Stretch & Flex is a great class to attend when the body is warm and also a great way to maintain your body and prevent injuries. Please also bring a full sized towel. This class is suitable for all fitness levels.

An intense conditioning workout that will amp up your current routine.

This class provides a great full body workout that combines cardio and resistance training. The class is designed for both dancers and non-dancers to build stamina and functional strength, and to sculpt and tone. This is not a dance class.

 

Pole Conditioning

A class that focuses on building on target areas to obtain those elusive pole tricks.
Pricing and Specials

You will be introduced to exercises that increase in difficulty with the final aim at achieving high-level pole tricks. It’s a cardio, strength and control class that will also include flexibility. This is not a dance class.
